The 2026 Annual Luncheon

Welcoming the PHS Class of 1976

The Prescott High School Half Century Club is a long-standing alumni organization that brings together graduates who completed high school 50 or more years ago. Each year, the PHS Half Century Club hosts an annual luncheon in Prescott, Arizona, honoring alumni and welcoming the newest class of 50-year graduates. This special event provides an opportunity for former students to reconnect, celebrate shared history, and support scholarships for current Prescott High School students.

At The Luncheon

The Half Century Club luncheon is a very special opportunity for PHS alumni to reconnect, to see current PHS students perform as part of the JROTC and marching band, and to enjoy a meal together in the beautiful Goldwater Ballroom. A buffet menu will be artfully prepared by executive chef Joshua Bettis.

For eons of time, large Mule Deer bucks have been very elusive to hunt. Since early humans lived in North America they have hunted these deer for their hides to make clothing and teepees, for their meat, and antlers to make into tools and weapons. These ancient peoples painted and etched animals and their hunters, onto the rocks and stones to leave stories for future generations of their tribe.

This big buck is bedded down among trees and rocks unaware that he is resting Among His Ancestors, depicted in petroglyphs being pursued by hunters of long ago

Can’t attend the luncheon? You don’t have to be present to win so purchase your raffle tickets to join the fun. If you are not attending and win the raffle, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Our Beginnings

On June 24, 1978, several alumni of Prescott High School met at the home of Jack Orr Sr. to share lunch and remember their school days. They enjoyed the time together so much they decided to meet each year and include those who graduated from Prescott High School fifty or more years earlier. This gathering marked the beginning of the PHS Alumni Half Century Club.
